🇩🇪 Anleitung zur Buchung (Folgetermine TPSE)

Willkommen zurück zur Trainingsbuchung! Bitte beachtet für die kommenden Termine die folgenden aktualisierten Hinweise.

📍 Ort & Raum Alle Trainings finden weiterhin in der Landwehrstraße 48A–50, 64293 Darmstadt statt.

• Es wird voraussichtlich keinen Umzug geben. (Letztes mal gab es bei einigen Teams Raumwechsel)

📅 Der Buchungsprozess

1. Wählt euren gewünschten Zeitslot (Vormittag, Mittag oder Nachmittag).

2. Ein Teammitglied bucht den Termin stellvertretend für das gesamte Team.

3. Wichtig: Nach der Buchung muss diese Person den Termin im Kalender an folgende Personen weiterleiten/einladen:

   • Die restlichen Teammitglieder

   • Eure Teambegleitung

🚫 Bei Stornierung oder Krankheit (Wichtige Änderung!) Falls ihr kurzfristig verhindert seid oder den Termin nicht wahrnehmen könnt:

• Sagt den Termin bitte zwingend im Buchungstool ab.

• Dadurch wird der Slot sofort für andere Teams frei.

• Bitte schreibt KEINE E-Mail zur Absage! Nutzt ausschließlich das Tool.

📞 Im Notfall Wenn ihr den Raum vor Ort nicht findet oder außerhalb der Trainingszeiten dringend Hilfe benötigt, ruft mich bitte direkt an. (0178 – 1961747)

🇬🇧 Booking Instructions (TPSE Follow-up Sessions)

Welcome back to the training booking system! Please note the following updated instructions for the upcoming sessions.

📍 Location & Room All training sessions will continue to take place at Landwehrstraße 48A–50, 64293 Darmstadt.

• We do not anticipate moving locations.

📅 The Booking Process

1. Select your desired time slot (morning, midday, or afternoon).

2. One team member books the appointment on behalf of the entire team.

3. Important: After booking, this person must forward the calendar invitation to / invite the following people:

   • The remaining team members

   • Your Team Supervisor (Teambegleitung)

🚫 Cancellations or Illness (Important Update!) If you are unable to attend on short notice or cannot make the appointment:

• You must cancel the appointment directly in the booking tool.

• This immediately frees up the slot for other teams.

• Please do NOT send a cancellation email! Use the tool exclusively.
